British Council Nepal would like to initiate the development of video resources to closely capture the behaviour, skills and perception changes of the local government, head teachers, teachers and students involved in Quality Education Quality schools (QEQS) programme and produce 5- 7 minutes promotional/advocacy film highlighting the benefits of QEQS programme.
The video resources are expected to be creative in terms of presentation and preference will be given to the consultants with new and innovative ideas.
