Notice for all candidates whose original test date was from April 25th to Aug 29th 2015
This year has been a very difficult year for everyone in Nepal. In order to ensure everyone’s safety we didn’t run any IELTS exams between April 25th and 27th June. We understand that this delay may have been inconvenient but we have offered full refunds or alternative exam dates to all affected candidates and have been happy to process the many requests we have received.
We would now like to inform any affected candidates who have not made a request for a refund or an alternative test date, that the deadline for doing so is 5pm on December 31st 2015. Unfortunately, we will be unable to process any requests that we receive after this deadline.
As we have already processed the majority of requests, we regret that we are only able to offer affected candidates the alternative test date of January 23rd 2016 in Kathmandu. The documents required for refunds and the alternative test date are:
Alternative test date (Jan 23 in Kathmandu)
- Copy of your passport used to register at the original test date
- Application letter stating your original test date, and reference number
Candidates are welcome to contact the British Council in person or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We would like to thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this, and look forward to hearing from you.
