We are looking for interested researchers to put in proposals for different sections of the book on using technology to support remote teaching and learning.

Closing date Monday 21 June 2021

Role overview

Connecting Classrooms through Global Learning (CCGL) supports teachers and school leaders to improve teaching giving students the knowledge, skills and attitudes they need to make a positive contribution now and in the future. Through connections with other schools, professional development for teachers and engaging with learning resources, Connecting Classrooms helps develop students by equipping them to live and work in a globalized world.

As a contribution to this programme British Council, in partnership with NELTA, is producing a book on using technology to support remote teaching and learning. This book aims to explore the ways that technology has been used to support school students’ (5-18) learning outside of the classroom in developing countries, and in Nepal in particular. It is divided into three sections: general overview; experiences during COVID; case studies.

How to apply

Please refer to the Request for Proposals document for detailed information. All proposals should be submitted to sudarshan.subedi@britishcouncil.org.np  and should be received by 23.59 on 21 June 2021.
